The management of Oncontrol Energy Services Ltd is committed to the safety of our employees and our customers in all project services that we render by the enforcement of the use of PPE. The project manager signs the HSE and related policies. The project manager carries on the spot checks of projects and orders the stoppage of activities which are in variance with laid down policies and procedures while such incidents are reported and reviewed at HSE meetings. The project manager or senior management personnel HSE Officer shall participate in monthly HSE meetings. The senior management HSE officer drives this meeting with the project manager giving regular talks, chairs and directs the monthly / quarterly review meetings.

The senior management HSE officer has the approval of management to effect measures for efficient implementation of the HSE policy and participates in the quarterly management review meetings where he presents the HSE statistics for management consideration. The project manager approves all procedures for issue and use by all staff.
